Located centrally within the historic market town of Alnwick, this ‘room only' accommodation offers small bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This 1705 Grade II listed building features individually designed bedrooms. Rooms feature king-size and super king-size beds, Egyptian cotton linen, hypoallergenic pillows and soft throws. Alnwick offers several quality coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking is available at the property in a large gravel car park through the archway to the back of the Plough Hotel. Welcome to our charming hotel in the heart of Alnwick, a historic market town located on the River Aln in Northumberland, England. Our Grade II listed building, dating back to 1705, offers a range of individually designed bedrooms with en-suite facilities. Car parking arrangement with the Plough next door was very helpful. Digital entry system worked well. Bed comfy and room very clean Good room facilities with communal fridge use in corridor Close to Barter books and a short walk to centre of town and castle although outside old gate

The property was in a great location right in the high street and next to a hotel pub which was useful, although a little noisy from the street when we opened the window . Bed super comfy and clean

“A must stay option if visiting Alnwick”
A real find... lovely well equipped room in a clean, convenient boutique hotel. Stayed an extra night arranged direct with the owner, which was even better value. Alnwick offers lots of restaurants and cafes, plus a visit to Alnwick Castle is a must see. Breakfast at the Playhouse is recommended and supports local community theatre.
