“Tate House is a good place to explore Northumberland from.”
Our room was clean and well appointed. The location is great. Alnwick Castle, Gardens and Barter Books all within walking distance. There are cafes and restaurants nearby.

“Wonderful place to stay.”
The room was spotlessly clean and the room was refreshed during our stay. The location was perfect, with lots of info on where we could get breakfast/meals, and having somewhere to park the car was invaluable. We did pop over to pay our parking fee (a couple of pints!), and had a lovely time at the Plough. There's a keypad to get into the property and then a door key for the room so it is safe and secure. Will definitely be staying there again next time we visit Alnwick.

“Great place for a short stay”
Lovely big comfortable room. We had room 3 with separate rooms for bedroom, bathroom, and “snug” (seating area) with a small balcony. We appreciated having the fridge & kettle, etc. Perfect location for exploring Alnwick.

Great room only stay. Superb newly renovated room and bathroom. Outside balcony to enjoy a relaxing drink. Nice TV in the room with all modern streaming sevices.

The room was excellently equipped with everything we could need. The bed was lovely and comfy as well, the bedding and towels were great quality and a plentiful supply of tea and coffee!

Bedroom 3 - A large, spacious room situated on the 2nd floor (2 flights of steep stairs) to the front of the property overlooking the main street of Bondgate Without. Sleep in a king-size bed. Includes a private Snug Room with a South facing sun balcony. A very well proportioned bedroom is tastefully decorated with neutral colors, spotlighting and quality furniture. You are on a private floor with no other guest bedrooms. External washroom facilities are just outside the bedroom door, with a huge 1200 x 900 shower enclosure. Potential for noise.
Deluxe King Room
Bedroom 2 - A large spacious room, situated on the first floor to the front of the property overlooking the main street of Bondgate Without. It has a good size en-suite shower room and a built-in baggage storage cupboard. Potential for noise.
