Charming property, more of a home than a house. Although nothing was high end, the cost wasn't high end. Everything was super clean, comfortable and absolutely fit for purpose. Host Paul was very pleasant and informative but not overbearing, perfect balance of attentitiveness.

The friendly welcome from Paul & Helen and their helpful information on places to go and places to eat. The quiet and comfort of the room. The breakfast is continental style and delicious with yoghurt and fresh Scottish grown strawberries. Easy walking access to popular places in Alnwick. Lots to see and do in the surrounding area without having to drive too far.

Very clean B&B in a great location. Able to walk to all the main attractions Alnwick has to offer, didn’t move the car once during our stay which remained parked on the street right outside the property. Really nice breakfast, loved the strawberries and the great coffee. Many thanks to Helen and Paul for being so friendly, helpful and welcoming, it was a pleasure to meet you both and for making our short stay so enjoyable.

Very friendly, welcoming hosts. Breakfast was continental and great for us, being just the right amount. Good size room that met all our requirements. The property is situated in a great part of Alnwick. Very quiet and yet only a 5 or so minute walk to the town centre. 10 minute walk to the castle. 12 minutes to the Pastures Parkrun. A great location to stay in for exploring the North East Would stay at this property again

When we arrived at Percy Terrace we were given a lovely warm and enthusiastic greeting - Paul and Helen made us feel very welcome and this was extended throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean, with tea, coffee, and biscuits provided. We enjoyed the more continental style breakfast - yoghurt, delicious fresh strawberries, cereals, pastries, toast, eggs, and jam - and the coffee was great. The location is perfect for exploring Alnwick and we made use of the bus station for a day trip to Alnmouth. Paul was more than happy to share some of his local knowledge with us, which gave us further adventuring opportunities. After giving Paul some 'past their best' bananas that we hadn't got around to eating, it was so lovely to come back to the BnB on the evening to a couple of delicious slices of warm banana bread that Helen had made. If we're ever heading back up to Alnwick, we'd definitely stay at Percy Terrace again.

Percy Terrace is a cosy, homely B&B, very convenient for exploring Alnwick Paul's hosting is accomplished. He's there to welcome you and answer questions but then melts into the background

Paul and Helen were excellent hosts - very friendly and accommodating - and their house was very nicely and thoughtfully decorated. Breakfast was very nice with fresh quality produce and our room was tidied every day. Everything was clean and comfortable and the house is in an excellent location - quiet, but just a few minutes walk from the shops and attractions in Alnwick.

“Lovely stay in a timeless village”

Paul and Helen could not have been more welcoming and checked in on us daily to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They gave us plenty of guidance on the area and suggested many local pubs and restaurants we very much enjoyed. The room and ensuite were spotless, and a lovely breakfast was available every morning in a beautiful and cozy dining room. The house was kept comfortably warm in the Northumbrian cold; it was a pleasure to come back to in the evening. The location of the property was perfect for adventuring within Alnwick and branching out. It was a less than 5 minute walk to the town square and an even shorter distance to the bus station if you want to venture further out of Alnwick without a vehicle. 10/10 stay and we would absolutely return. Thank you Paul and Helen for your warmth and kindness!

Very welcoming hosts. Clean and comfortable accomodation. Colourful attractive decor.Great location, only a few minutes walk into the town centre and to pubs,shops and restaurants. Alnwick itself is a great base for this beautiful area whether you are visiting the coast or inland attractions. Continental style breakfast laid out each morning, lovely ingredients to set you up for the day. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Paul and Helen.
