“A fantastic central location for exploring Alnwick and beyond”
This is the second time we have stayed at Paddock Cottage, and it is the absolute perfect holiday cottage for us: excellent location, close to Alnwick and just off the A1 so easily accessible from all directions, and a great central location for exploring Northumberland; clean and comfortable; really welcoming hosts; dog friendly, with a 30 minute circular walk for exercise; the cottage has its own little garden which was perfect for the dog and the kids… just fantastic!

“We had We was out every day so the cottage was was only used for sleeping and washing.”
The cottage had a very warm and friendly feel. Location, beautiful views. The Pet Pigs ❤️

“Great week on the farm”
All round excellent stay. Beautiful views, easy access to coast and Alnmouth station. Cottage was v cosy, always warm, beds were comfortable. I would have given it 10/10 if it had another loo!

“Countryside break 😀”
Brilliant little cottage in a superb location. Situated on a working farm the cottage provided a base to explore the surrounding attractions. It was clean, comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for Richard and Susan to make the stay memorable. The chocolate cake on arrival was an added treat. We will be going back.

“A lovely week away in the countryside, with lots to see and do!”
The location is brilliant - quiet and scenic, and handy for amenities and sightseeing. The children and dog loved the enclosed garden and seeing the hens, piggies, horses, and cows.

“A fabulous week”
Very cosy and quaint. Kitchen is well-equipped so you can make your own meals. Very comfortable. Lovely views from the property. Only a very short drive into Alnwick, and central to visiting the north and south of the county . Delicious chocolate cake on arrival. Good wifi.
