“Fair but disappointing due to not clean”

I found the bell tent dirty and the gravel directly outside the tent was walked in which meant it was unpleasant under foot and dirty. The sides of the tent were dirty inside and it was unpleasant to be in due to being dirty .

Great location for lots of lovely nearby places. Site is well looked after. Showers and bathrooms were spotless. I thought the provision of wifi was very thoughtful.

The location was brilliant. We felt quite central to the main areas we wanted to visit. Staying in a bell tent within a rural location was lovely. The view of the trees and sunflowers was really nice. The beds were warm and cosy and everything was super clean. The toilets/showers were only a very short walk away. We would definitely return.

Good vibes here. Peaceful. Remote. Stayed in a Bell Tent and a Luxury Pod. The latter was a feat of engineering, making great use of every inch of space. Firepit and picnic bench for each pod. Friendly staff. A couple of walks nearby (3 or 4km), but plenty more a drive away (we did a circular of Wooler Common, 13km, 4hrs). Narrow roads to get here, with regular passing spots. Pizza from Embers was lovely (~£15 p/p, ~18min drive).

The glamping pods are the best we have stayed in. The layout is well thought out to maximise space and the decor is lovely.

Beautiful location. The property was compact and comfortable with everything we needed for a short break. Very nicely designed and decorated. Perfect for a family break.

A wonderfully peaceful site with well maintained facilities and beautiful surroundings. So much to do in the area as well. Being able to have fire/bbq starter kits dropped off was great too, we couldn't get ice for the cool box as their freezer was broken but found some at a services a few miles up the A1. The individual bathrooms were very clean and handy with having younger kids with us.

It is so incredibly well put together, everything you need has been thought of, so comfortable, clean and just fabulous. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen really well equipped, the bathroom was stylish and I’ve definitely taken inspiration from it!

“Great family adventure”

We stayed in the bell tents and they were fantastic, very comfy and cosy. My kids loved it. The toilet and shower facilities were very clean. It was a great location and so much on your doorstep, also great local walks. The owner was so lovely, and very helpful. We would love to come back. Great experience and adventure for the family. I would recommend looking on their actual website for more details about what they have to offer.

The site and facilities were really good. Shower rooms were clean and tidy and only a short walk to the Bell tents. The bell tents were comfortable and each had their own BBQ and picnic bench as well as hot water bottles and lanterns.

Nice little site, with a big field. The tent was up, and beds were made on arrival. Clean and tidy. Toilet and shower facilities are good. individual bathrooms Great area to explore.

This was our second time here and we stayed in the pod for 2 with a bath - it’s so well thought out and the decor is really beautiful. Great location with a short distance to a lot of local areas/attractions which the host had spent a lot of time highlighting in the handy information book. There is also some walks around the farm which was good for us with our reactive dog as it was a lot quieter than many of the local areas & beaches
