“Great castle view”
Great location. Room was very comfortable. Castle view room great view. Restaurant and bar were good and very reasonable prices. Staff were lovely. Alnwick town centre a 5 min walk away.

“Excellent short stay that makes you want to return.”
Ideally situated next to the castle with a walk down the hill into the town. Facilities are luxurious and it’s life at a pace to enjoy.

I try not to score the highest possible, but I couldn't fault our stay in any way. All of the staff were excellent and really seemed to want our stay to be the best it could be Our court yard facing room was a good size and the windows blocked any sound from people in the court yard.

“Expensive and disappointing”
This hotel has step everywhere.. there are 60+ from the car park to the hotel and even more to get to your room. The staff & website are very unhelpful in letting you know about this.

“Beautiful location, comfortable and peaceful hotel”
Beautiful views of the castle, the bedding was incredibly comfy (with a great selection of pillows!), wonderful bathroom with a big bathtub and waterfall shower. Nice to have the fluffy bathrobe and selection of Jo Malone toiletries too. The decor was lovely, really tasteful.
