Good cooked breakfast, though limited choice of cereals, juice, etc. Clean. Very responsive and friendly staff (though we had some communication difficulties due to some of them having limited spoken English).

Very friendly and accommodating staff The rooms were clean and suitable for our stay the beer garden and restaurant (especially Indian food) was amazing The hotel is very old so you expect things not to be completely perfect, the hotel seems to be under some improvements but this didn't stop us having a fabulous family night away. The history of the hotel is intriguing. Our room was clean, tea and coffee making facilities available. It was on street parking but this was fine. The hotel is central. The breakfast was lovely.

The staff i booked in to stay at the hotel did not stay there due to hygiene, health and safety issues

We did not stay at this hotel and left shortly after arrival. Electric wires were hanging from ceiling, room not clean, no covers on pillows, toilet had faeces in it, door would not lock, no lighting in corridors, no manager on site to speak to, misled by staff and left hotel to find different accommodation as felt unsafe

Lovely and very friendly, the room was clean lovely and warm and the shower was amazing with power-full hot water! We had a family room with bunk beds that the kids loved. The breakfast was also absolutely spot on. Lovely host.
