We loved the location - so near to the beach. The kitchen was lovely and new and well equipped. The cottage felt spacious and had been cleaned well.

Lack of fire safety compliance, cobwebs in the kettle, bacterial mould in bathroom and what used to be a kitchen. We just left and paid for somewhere else. Refund depends on keeping quiet on the unlawful let.

Very clean and central in Alnmouth. A good little cottage which was cosy on a wet and cold day and very quiet. We liked it very much and would return.

Amazing location moments from the beach, cafes and pubs. Comfy beds. Warm and cosy. Clean. Some quirks which should be expected with a property of this age we thought it was charming.

“Location is fantastic but this property needs a huge up grade”
Kitchen was incredibly basic. No washing machine, very few mod cons. The welcome pack contained dish washer tablets, but there was no dishwasher

“Great location, disappointing accommodation and parking.”
The lounge furniture was reasonably new, a good fridge/freezer, beds, bedding and towels were good. The toilets and bathroom panels had been cleaned. Location was very good for beaches.
