For 2 days it was no internet, but otherwise hotel is ok. Corridors were recently renovated, bathrooms are big enough, and the pool on the roof is great addition. The GYM was a bit old and used but good to have it.. Very friendly personnel.

The receptionist was excellent ensuring we had everything we needed, well done to that guy! The breakfast had a great choice and all staff were very friendly. Car parking downstairs was also a great addition for security

The breakfast was very good, Spanish style. Large room with comfortable beds and large bathroom. Great rooftop pool. What is most important in a hotel - great and helpful staff at the reception! I recommend this hotel.

Good hotel in a handy location if you're travelling around the Valencia region. I'd rate it 8/10 overall. Rooms are big and bathrooms are finished well. Keep in mind, I'd say - you'll need a car in this particular spot.

“Very good staff + customer service, shame about the beds and heating in the room.”
The customer service. I left my facial cleanser and piece of jewlery in the room and the staff packaged it up and I arranged a courier to collect it. I wasn't expecting this.

We were returning from holiday & stopped over at Hotel Bartos. My wife had injured a leg. They arranged for us to have a room near the elevator. The room was large, clean and had a large bathroom with walk in shower which was just what we needed.
