“This place is located near one of the tourise spots .”
Everything was nice and happened according to my plan .Owner is very soft nature and the rooms are equipped with a balcony and with a mountain view. The Evergreen home stay provides separate room with private bathroom with a shower, kitchen facility,wifi, and power backup also.

“Awesome”
This Property was exceeded from my expectations and the courtesy by owner was amazing....The best thing is this Owner(Bhagwat Mehra) takes follow up with your taxi driver and from you until you didn't reached at your property location safely....I spend here only one night but I didn't feel any problems here during my 1 night stay ....I was very happy. Bcz this place is so beautiful and calm so that I can't explain it..I left my jacket during checkout which was very costly but owner was very honest ..he put it very safely and next day I got my jacket from owner family....so I would like to come once again in future also when I will get the chance to come to kasar.....

“Very nice and comfortable stay....”
Location of this Home stay was perfect .This is particularly if you enjoy peace and tranquility. My room was big in size and their was kitchen facilities also. It was paid but owner didn't take any charges from us for our 1 night stay .Room was very clean . All facilities available here and the view from my room window was fantastic. The shared balcony is a great place to chill. Highly recommend this place. The owners are helpful and very welcoming nature......

“Superb”
It is a perfect place to be if you are looking amazing view and peaceful environment. I came here with my husband and with two small babies. Everything is just too beautiful about the place . My stay was beyond my expectations and i will surely visit again and also recommend it to all my loved ones. The owner MR. Sanju Mehra was extremely warm polite and smiling person . The special thing in Sanju is that he knows very well how to respect ladies.Thank you Evergreen home stay for the amazing hospitality. Will see you soon😊

“Amazing”
The room was fit for purpose for our 4 night stay in kasardevi. I have booked it from booking.com for 2 nights only but i was extended it for more 2 nights.Room was very large .There were two rooms attached with toilet and Bathroom and which was more than my expected.Staff was also very helpful and supporting nature.so must visit to this home stay.

“Awesome”
A great place to stay away from all the worldly noise... In heart of kasar devi, with the temple just walking distance away and near to tibbatian restaurant (Dolma restaurant). The bestest part of staying at this location is the sunrise view from within your room or common balcony area and evening golden rays on Himalayan range on left... Sanju bhai the owner of the place is a very nice and humble guy who will guide you for near trip visit, should try the local kumaon thali which is again reasonably priced... Must go and stay here if planning for long tenure its just so peaceful and scenic.. with so many local colourful birds chirping around on trees... Its a bliss to watch them. So I would like to suggest to everyone for must visit here. Breakfast was very delicious made by Aunty Ji (Aloo paratha and Coffee).

Kasardevi is a very Beautiful place in Uttarakhand and if u r making a plan to going on hill station where U want to get a peaceful stay U should must stay at Evergreen homestay. Bcz this will give u a homely feel nd amazing view. Host(Sanju bhaiya) and their family was very genuine and gentle.They provide you a Amazing and delicious food in genuine price Value wise this is a very cheap and best home stay. U won't regret for sure. B'Coz this stay definitely add a good memories in your life.All Rooms were very neat and clean ....So must visit here..

“Ultimate and rememberfull stat”

Everything was great there, the staff, the facilities, room, and one of the best thing was their food and their beautiful terrace. I would surely visit this again.Hospitality and the behaviour of the owner was ultimate. “Evergreen and Blossomy”
The host were beautiful and graceful. The accommodation provided was properly cleaned. And area wise it is the biggest in Almora. Kitchen essentials and cooking utensils were provided. Washing machine to wash clothes is also available. Do eat the food made by the owners wife. The best food you'll get in the mountains.
