Quietly located 100 metres from the beach of Almirida, Villa Antonia is a stone-built, restored farmhouse surrounded by 2.5 acres of olive trees and vineyards. It features a furnished terrace and balconies overlooking the garden and the Cretan Sea. Featuring beamed ceilings and rustic furnishings, this villa has a country-style living area, fully equipped kitchen with Smeg fridge and bathroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor, guests will find 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and balcony. Free WiFi is offered throughout. BBQ facilities are available in the garden. There is also an outdoor dining area for al fresco meals. Taverns and shops are within a 3-minute walk. Chania Town is 24 km away, and the International Airport of Chania is at a distance of 32 km. Free private parking is offered on site.

The house is very cute old traditional house with nice atmosphere. The location close to the beach and restaurants is superb. Nice outside areas and we could use also the smaller round building next to the main house, since we were 5 people.

“A very good stay a few steps from the beach”
The house is great, it's just a few steps from the beach. There are also shops and restaurants around the corner. We particularly enjoyed the garden: super spacious, with various areas to hang out and a brand-new BBQ. It is also very quiet, despite it being 100 m from a very busy area.

“Lovely house, perfect location- we’ll be back!”
Beautiful property in a fantastic location right by the beach and restaurants. The house is in a surprisingly large peaceful garden area in the centre of town. Lovely outdoor seating area for breakfast/lunch/drinks!

Great location, within a minute's walk to the beach. The house is as per the pictures. Rustic rather than luxury but had everything we needed. Comfy beds. George (property manager) was very accommodating and responsive. Almyrida is a lovely, relatively low key resort, with a dozen or so restaurants on the sea front. Worth checking out Plaka restaurants (20 min walk) for vegetarians looking for a little more variety.

“The best Cretan-vibe with this gem!”
We stayed at the little windmill roundhouse and it was fantastic. It was exactly what we hoped for. You get the full Cretan vibe with the blue and white building with a garden in midst of an olive grove. However you are less than a minute away from the strip to get to the beach, shops and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is also just a 3 minute walk away. The cute little house was cozy and well decorated. The bed was comfortable and water pressure good. It is a fairly steep staircase to the bedroom but nothing we couldn’t handle. Our host gave us a warm welcome and checked in with us half way through the stay. As nobody rented the main house during our stay he said it was fine to use the clothesline and main patio. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the little terrace outside the door and overall feel of the property. We can very much recommend it!
