Overview
SK Place is a complex of individually decorated villas in Almyrida Village, just 100 metres from the beach. Each unit features a private swimming pool with a sun terrace, and boasts unobstructed Cretan Sea views. Wi-Fi is offered throughout. Featuring modern, traditional or Mediterranean decoration styles, all villas come with a fireplace, satellite flat-screen TV and en-suite bathrooms with a spa bath. They also have a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, microwave and dishwasher. More facilities such as a washing machine, air conditioning and a safety deposit box are standard at SK Place. An array of traditional dishes can be served upon request. A complimentary welcome basket with fruit, mineral water and wine awaits every guest upon arrival, while maid service is daily available. The village centre is 200 metres away. The area is ideal for various activities, like horse riding, canoeing and diving. The owners can help with car rentals, massage treatments and private guided tours. Kalives Beach is at a distance of 3 km, while Almyrida Beach lies within a 4-minute' walk. The international airport of Chania is within 30 km. Free private parking is possible on site.

“The most perfect home away from home”
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this holiday villa and couldn’t recommend it more highly. Even before we arrived, Katerina was most helpful and informative, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—always available, incredibly responsive, and genuinely kind. The view from the villa was simply breathtaking, offering stunning scenery that we never stopped admiring, whether it was morning coffee or evening relaxation. The housekeeping was equally impressive—everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. We stayed with our 1-year-old son, and the experience couldn’t have been more comfortable. The villa was fully equipped with comprehensive amenities, and we were never in need of anything. It truly felt like a home away from home, thoughtfully set up for families as well as couples. Overall, this was a magical getaway—peaceful, luxurious, and exceptionally well-managed. We would return without hesitation.

“One of the best accommodation we’ve stayed in, in a perfect location”
Immaculate clean, well equipped, wonderful sea front location, wonderful open plan living kitchen on too outdoor dinning and large pool, extremely comfortable beds. Our host and property owner Katerina was on hand for any problems and advice. Her homemade marmalade was delicious. A fabulous welcome pack too.

“Paradise in Crete”
Excellent communication from Katerina and support during our stay. The villa was spotless and one of the best we have stayed in. Katerina left some local treats for us on arrival which were amazing. Every day the property was cleaned and the pool cleaned as well while we were there. The village has amazing restaurants that are great value, there is a well stocked shop nearby and all amenities. The Pool was amazing, kids loved it!! Gym equipment was great and the place is very secure. 10 rating all round!!

“A luxury Villa in every sense!”
We had the most wonderful week at Villa Almyra, it is without a doubt the nicest villa we have stayed in. It’s quiet and secluded with amazing views yet a short walk from Almyrida where there are a good selection of restaurants, cafes and small shops plus a beautiful beach. Katerina recommended and booked several restaurants (always the best table!) and trips for us and her housekeeping team were professional and kept the Villa tidy and clean for us all week. The Villa is stylish and comfortable and equipped with everything you might need and more! We made use of the gym equipment and steam room. The garden and pool are perfect with amazing views and sunsets. We can’t wait to come back!
