“What a gem apartment, situated right in the middle of beautiful Almyrida Beach!”

This property is perfect for two couples to share - two large bedrooms with two modern bathrooms. The rooftop sun deck is the jewel in the crown! Everything in the apartment is in really good condition and exceptionally clean. Beach towels were also included. The very responsive owner very kindly even stocked many food and drink items which was very appreciated as we had flown all night and didn’t need to rush out to buy milk etc. We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing, well established apartment with beautiful beach views!

Excellent position in the centre of Almyrida just yards from the beach. The property was very clean and well equipped with an excellent welcome pack. The owner was very helpful and on hand for any issues. I would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous roof terrace with amazing views of the sea! Such an accommodating host who was on hand for any queries at all. We were provided with lots of food to get us started - which was a lovely surprise and very well received. It was exceptionally clean and the front room also had a great view of the sea and the street below.

“Great apartment for families”

That was our first time in Crete and I think we were really lucky to get these apartments. We travelled a lot and Panos apartment was one of the most comfortable for our family. It is simple, yet it has everything the family of 5 may need. Everything was thought through: a lot appliances (coffee makers, toaster, hair dryer, ironing ..), books, beach towels, mosquito nets. Shower outside the apartment to wash sandy feet. Wifi! Cleaning facilities! Etc Upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the food in the fridge. We woke up really early, had a flight, then drove 2h from the airport to Almyrida.. kids were tired and hungry, and here we are: a possibility to make a quick snack. So thoughtful and welcoming! Loved it! The terrace was great and instagrammable, but we especially liked the big window with the sea view. I was concerned with the possibility of the main street be busy and loud. But it wasn’t! The street in generally is not a loud party-bar type of. There are restaurants but by 23:00 or so it is getting quiet. Location is very convenient: everything is next door! And what was also nice, that the whole half of the building (another half is for cafe) was just for us. Panos is very attentive and welcoming too! Thank you!

The apartment felt spacious very private and very well equipped. The top terrace was stunning with comfy sunbeds a really nice seating area and dining area. There’s plenty of lights set in among planting, most nights after finishing our meal we’d go and sit back upstairs on our terrace, it really made the holiday very special for us.

“Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location.”

The property was amazing the pictures really don’t do it justice. The sun terrance was amazing and so much room in and outdoor. All facilities were excellent like home from home. The location was excellent, all restaurants and shops and the beach right on the doorstep. The view from the terrace was fantastic and we sat and watched the giant turtle swimming around from up there.

Central apartment in Almyrida with everything you need. The best part is the rooftop terrace with an absolute amazing view. Very nice with plants, lounge sofa and table & chairs as well. Beautiful lights in the evening. We loved it! Panos is a very nice host, always prepared to support. Thank you so much for accomodating us:)

“Fantastic rooftop apartment next to the sea”

The rooftop was fantastic and the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The beach was just across the apartment and you could hear the waves from the sea. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with.

“The BEST Roof Terrace Ever!”

We stayed in the Panos apartment in Almyrida for 14 nights. Although the apartment is for four there were just two of us. It is a huge place and you wouldn’t feel crammed even if there were six of you. We booked it over a year in advance and from the point of booking Panos communicated with us from the very start. He cannot do enough for you, he is very helpful and a great guy. The location of the apartment is perfect as it is right in the middle of this beautiful seafront beach location. There are no poor restaurants and they all offer great value, quality food and excellent service. (See our favourites below). The beaches and the sea are outstanding too. Finally, last but not least the apartment has the most amazing roof terrace with the best sea views and place to relax. You will be the envy of passers by as you sit with a drink on your high up terrace. There is everything that you need up there. Fantastic roof terrace and great location.

“Family of 5 from Finland”

This was just perfect place for us family of 5! The village with nice reataurants, some shops and by the beach location was very convenient. Parking close by was possible. The best thing was the roof terrace though, where you could either sunbathe or sit in shade or eat. Then you could directly go and seim in sea. Sunsets from roofterrace were magical!
