This is in a great location, just a short walk up a steep hill from the lovely little port and beach of Almyrida. The villa is evidently quite new and everything worked well and its level of equipment was exceptional. It was mid October and the pool was already cool compared to the sea but there was also a hot tub for warming up again! The villa has plenty of space and different aspects and levels of it come into their best moment throughout the day. The downstairs bedroom was useful for my 91 year old Dad who might have found the stairs tiresome every day!

The standard of the finish on this villa is exceptional, the location was perfect and only a short distance to one of our favourite sea fronts (Almyrida). The views from the villa were absolutely stunning, the outdoor area, pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. There were more than enough bathrooms, all the living and sleeping areas were extremely comfortable and there were more than enough amenities for 8 people.

Everything was clean and we had all the amenities needed. Vasilis, the owner, is a very attentive person who responds very fast in case of need and he was very helpful during our stay. This is the best villa you can book in Creta for a big group of 9-10 people like we were. The beach is 5 minutes away walking, and is one of the most peaceful beaches in all of Crete, not overly populated like others. Every other beach is accesible if you have a rented car. Also, the villa is very close to Chania, which is a must video for the culinary delight in the old town.

The layout and attention to detail within the villa (beach towels, bathrobes), the space inside and out, the pool (saltwater), the cinema and billiard room, the proximity to the gorgeous village of Almyrida meaning we could easily walk for meals out. Sunsets from the roof terrace were incredible.

The location of this villa was fantastic - a short walk down to the delightful beach and restaurants, yet quiet. The villa itself was very luxurious with fantastic amenities (the pool table itself was great quality, not just some fold-up or flimsy type of table). The pool was fantastic and the fact the back of the villa opens up on the pool in a number of locations is perfect. The hot tubs were a lovely added touch. The management met us at the villa and explained everything we needed to know for our stay and he was exceptionally helpful with restaurant recommendations; his speed of response was fantastic. We would love to stay again.

From booking this absolutely stunning villa, the communication, help and support received from Vasilis, our host, has been amazing. The pictures are amazing but seeing it and staying in this wonderful place is just on another level. Blown away. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, George, who was staying with his wonderful family next door. What a lovely gentleman who was happy to help with anything we needed. I really can not say enough about this beautiful accommodation, friendly and helpful hosts. I really cannot wait to return.

The property is immaculate, very tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. A superb experience from arrival to departure with excellent hosts - the owner, George was staying in the Villa next door - a charming gentleman. We were contacted in advance of arrival by the host, Vasilios via WhatsApp and he maintained great communication throughout our stay. This is a very spacious Villa, ideal for families or groups. Each bedroom has its own generous sized en-suite. The location is perfect for privacy and only a short walk to the nearby town. A basement pool room and adjoining movie room was a great addition. The Villa is very well equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The technology (tv's/speakers/lighting/hot tubs etc) are all new and easy to operate. A particularly nice touch is the branded bedding and linen of which there was plenty for indoor and outdoor use. The Villa is excellent value for money and highly recommended. Some nice views of the mountains and ocean from the roof top balcony.
