“One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at”

The facilities were perfect, both the common areas and the room. Super clean, very comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. A highlight worth mentioning: the staff were incredibly kind — it’s truly a pleasure to stay in places where you’re welcomed like that. We also had free entry to the museum (a must!), and we went back to the restaurant: great food, great atmosphere, and great value for money. Also, it's close to the train station and surrounded by amazing nature. A 10 out of 10. We’ll definitely be back!

“Basic and not clean”

The bathroom was dirty, I found 3 long balck hairs in it on arrival, the room is less than basic, the shower was absolutely terrible. I have never stayed in a hotel that did not have a shower with glass. This shower was separated by the toilet seat by a curtain that would stick to my body when I showered. The worst experience ever. The sink was clogged and the drain smelled bad. I would not recommend it to anyone. I travelled with a work colleague and although we both paid the same for our rooms, his room was apparently better and this makes no sense to me. Everyone should receive the same level of service for the same money.

The little extras that were included. Free entry to the IKEA museum. The laundry (no charge with free detergent), the communal spaces. It felt like a hostel without the sharing of rooms and bathrooms. The staff were super friendly with recommendations and information regarding the hotel and IKEA. The room was comfortable and clean with a hint of home since I have a lot of IKEA furniture. You can’t go wrong with this hotel! And your friends back home will be jealous!

Location is close to train station. Also can enter Ikea museum for free.

lounge areas on each floor with tea and coffee, fridge and microwave. Spacious and airy, not cramped in common areas. Loved the kids and family area on the ground floor where kids could play and parents could relax nearby.

“Best hotel experience”

Everything is on the highest level. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym and sauna is free to use. Very helpfull employees. Breakfast was very good. Free ticket to Ikea Museum is included.
