“Another relaxing stay at Pepita!”

This was our 4th visit to Pepita and, as always, we had a lovely relaxing time. Excellent location for us, close to amenities and great location for discovering the area. Comfortable, cosy apartment with a fabulous balcony for the afternoon/evening sun overlooking the busy harbour. Everything needed for self catering break!

This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. Luxurious, well-equipped, stylishly finished. Great location, with sea view. In addition, a very nice owner. The price was very attractive.

Villa Pepita is a bright, airy and modern apartment which far exceeded expectations. It was the small touches that made it an exceptional stay. From a very comfy mattress topper to headphones, a tablet and even a vertical steamer. Everything has been well thought out with modern furnishings, rather than cast off furniture you get in some apartments. The location couldn't be better with restaurants on your doorstep - fabulous. Free private and secure parking facilities were a bonus. We had a great stay and will be returning soon.

What a fantastic apartment, in a fantastic location, with everything you could possibly wish for. The host has gone to great lengths to create a homely feel, Amazon prime fire stick television facility, super balcony over looking the plaza, bars and marina. The bars, restaurants and promenades right on your doorstep. We would 100% stay again when visiting Almerimar and recommend to anyone staying in EL Ejido.

“Spring break”

This is our third visit to this lovely apartment. Fabulous location, attentive host and comfortable, clean, perfectly finished flat with a sunny balcony where you can watch the world go by. Nice extras, everything you need if you want to cook for yourself but also many restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Another perfect holiday, thank you👌

We were very satisfied with the appartment. It was very comfortable, a lot of extras were included, such as hair dryer, tablet, very nice furniture; both in the livingroom and on the veranda. Maria, who welcomed us was so nice and serviceminded, she helped us in every possible way. She showed a personal interest in our wellbeing, which we appreciated very much. The doorcode instead of keys was excellent. The appartment had a large kitchen with every utensil, even detergents. The appartment is situated in the town center (the Plaza), with lots of restaurants near by. It was quiet, and we will return.

“Winter break”

This was our second visit and again, we weren't disappointed. Fabulous apartment in a lovely location, close to bars restaurants and shops, beautiful balcony and it was warm enough in November for us to eat outside, perfect. Maria is a wonderful host and we will be booking again.

The apartment is clean, well maintained, fully equipped, comfortable and in an excellent location to explore the area. Also, secure underground parking is available for extra peace of mind as the port area is very busy. Maria is an excellent host very helpful and friendly. We had been travelling for over 2 weeks and this was our final stop, we saved the vest until last, loved it!

This is a self catering apartment but all the equipment and utensils are in the kitchen for cooking, or if you do not fancy that then there are ten eateries within fifty meters. Locality is great, adjacent to the marina and a lovely view from the balcony. There is even a sofa on the balcony, very nice for siestas when the sun is shining. Plenty of shops in the marina area and a Mercadona within a five minute walk.

Great location, lovely views. Beautiful apartment, everything you could wish for and more. Maria was outstanding explaining everything to us.

The location was perfect for all amenities. I could not believe how beautifully located Pepita was very impressed, having breakfast on the balcony looking over the marina. It does not get much better than that. Beautiful walks along the promenade and a coffee stop at local Cafe's...

Exellent location The place has absolutely everything one could need. Nice view to the harbour. Shops and restaurants all at an arms length. Very clean. Newly decorated.
