The location was convenient and one of the strong points of the hotel. There was no breakfast provided, but that was not an issue for me.

I would definitely recommend to everyone. Best place to stay in Almaty. Staff was also cooperative.everything was perfect……

Cheap, staff were helpull , the location is great, near restaurants, store, close to Mega Park Mall, located on main road easy to get a taxi.

Location is great. Close to airport (15-20mins) , walking distance to Almaty railway station. Close to mega park mall and restaurants. Located on main road easy to get a taxi. Room was good for the money. However the room given to me next time had broken bathroom door so it used to be open.

First night, I had to change the room three times, because they do have a leaking in canalisation, and rooms smell terrible... Second night, again changing room for same reason... THIRD night, again changing room for same reason, and they said having a general problem in all the hotel...

It’s an okay hotel, considering the price it’s not too bad. The rooms are spatious and the bathrooms are decent. The receptionists were helpful as well. Good value for money for a few days.

It's a basic business hotel with easy access to transport; value for money. We highly commend the receptionist, Ms Saule, for her patience, cheerfulness and helpfulness throughout our 3 nights' stay at the hotel. She is exceptional.

The cleaning staff was very excellent, but very poor WiFi signal inside the room and hotel 🚦

Honestly, the reviews did not lie, it is quite bad, and actually a shady place. The floor I was in was a full blown construction site. But all together, it had its charm, like in a Chinese crime movie.

The hotel is close to metro station and also on walkable distance from the city centre, very big rooms with comfortable beds, nice views, clean bed sheets and towels, 24 hours reception with helpful staff.

One of the worst hotel in the world, we ever had in my life, rude staff, dirty, broken property, no facility, not even a basic facility being offered.. I can request booking.com to cancel their partnership with this property. Worst then a prison.
