“Definitely the place to stay if you prefer a well designed apartment , in Almaty !”
The complex neighbourhood was designed well. For higher-society. Roadwork is emaculate. The interior design of room was romantic for a couple. Elevator was very helpful ofcourse. Toilet has a toilet washer. That may seem insignificant to non-arabs, but its serious business with Arabs.

“A comfortable modern partment in a quiet location”
This was a very comfortable, modern, apartment in a quiet location. The wifi worked great, so did the aircon, the apartment had lots of natural light. Shamil was very easy to communicate with and met us on site.

Your staff Shamil is such a fantastic staff who made our stay both comfortable & enjoyable. Always there to help us in anyway. We had two units as my son came along and we are all so very happy with the warmth & generosity of Shamil. We plan to come again because of him!!!!

“Stylish place in quiet district”
This is comfortable, clean and stylish apartment in very quiet district close to busy pert of city. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. Was cleaned every day and supplied with drinking water. There are a lot of nice restaurants, beauty salon, etc, but place is super quiet and relaxing. Only one thing to keep in mind - when I was staying there was no grocery shop nearby, but you can always dine in different restaurants and cafes.
