The hosts are very kind, always available and flexible with check-in time. The dorm was clean and comfortable, as well as the toilets. The kitchen is provided with many facilities and the laundry service is totally an asset if you're travelling for a long period.

it was really welcoming, and the staffs are really kind. they made my first new year in Kazakhstan memorable. Thank you the hostel is really clean, they clean it everyday, and it’s quiet too, nice location, close to shops that are open 247 incase you wanna step out, close to the city center !! the staffs are what I liked the most, they are really nice, patient and lovely.

Good location of the hostel, close to the city center. The capsule beds are very comfortable and equipped with lighting and electrical sockets. Clean linen and towels.
