“Best stay at Shymbulak Ski Resort.”
I had a wonderful stay at Shymbulak Ski Resort. The overall service was excellent — the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast had a very good variety and quality. The facilities were a big plus: the sauna and heated pool were perfect for relaxing after skiing, and the ski equipment storage area was very convenient. The best part is the location — the resort is right in front of the ski slopes, which makes access incredibly easy. For anyone looking to ski near Almaty at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Shymbulak. The accommodation, equipment rental options, and location offer great value. I will definitely come back again.

“Perfect”
Very good hotel .the view is amazing . All the food and facilities are excellent.definitely 10 out of 10. the staffs very nice .Especially Niyaz!!!!!!! 100 out of 10 !!!!!! He helped me a lot .This guy's super nice and helpful – when I left he saw me struggling with my heavy luggage and went out of his way to help me all the way to the car. Made my trip end perfectly. Really hope I can come back for skiing again!

“DEFINETLY EVERONE SHOULD VISIT THIS PLACE”
PROPERTY WAS GOOD AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. ONLY CONCERN WAS THER VERY LESS OPTION FOR VEGITEARIAN PEOPLE. THEY ONLY PROVIDE BREADS, ONE OR TWO CERALS, FRUITS AND SOME RICE ITEMS, WHICH IS NOT ENOUGH .

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
We stayed for one night at Shymbulak Mountain Resort and felt so lucky to experience the beautiful snowfall in the morning — such a magical moment! ❄️ The room was cozy and comfortable with a lovely mountain view. We had a late lunch when we arrived and dinner as well — both were delicious and served with great hospitality. 🍽️ Breakfast had only a few selections, but it was still satisfying, and the free manual coffee was amazinggg! ☕️ A perfect short stay to relax and enjoy the mountain atmosphere.

“Great stay”
Fantastic place. Location and view from the room was stunning. Staff are friendly and professional. The heated pool and sauna were perfect after a long day hiking. Food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay again.

I've been here for how many times and I will always come back, aside from the very beautiful location, the staff are always welcoming and helpful.
