“Very old hotel”
Safety books is poor, intruder entered our room then ran away, and on 6 am on the morning a person called the room phone and disturbed us, I got charged 10000 because the pillow was dirty and it was already dirty before we check in, I insist for you to book more worthy hotels. My rating for the hotel is only one star. I will give my people from Emirates all the negatives I encountered in your country, such as the airport, taxis, and hotels, and then they can choose whether to visit your country or not.

“Pleasant stay”
We had a very pleasant stay at Shera Inn Hotel. The overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was okay, but what truly stood out was the staff—especially Albina. She was extremely helpful and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with any issue. She went out of her way to help us when our guide ditched us at the last minute, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay, and we would happily recommend this hotel.

“Old abandoned hotel, doesn’t worth the money”
The hotelis really abandoned. There are stains from water on the ceiling. The bathroom utilities are very old and nasty. It really does worth the money.

Used to be a good property, but now it is visible that the room need some renovation, and at least have a clean curtains, the breakfast is okay but not impressive for the money paid in total.
