“A comfortable stay for someone who needs to rest between travels”
The girls who were working on the night I checked in were kind and very helpful. One of them was called Lyazzat, the other I sadly didnt catch the name of. One of the radiators in the room wasnt working, so the administrator came up and fixed it right away. I also asked for an extra duvet and they were able to accommodate me within minutes. The bed was very comfortable, the room quiet and warm. Breakfast was a la carte - I was happy with the option I chose (only bread could have been fresher). The gentleman at the bar was very welcoming and helpful. My taxi from and to the airport was arranged with no issues. All in all a very pleasant experience.

“Comfortable hotel convenient for the airport and Almaty-2 train station”
Location is good for the Almaty-2 train station and the airport; less convenient if you want to see the main sights in the city. Hotel has a simple 24/7 restaurant which was useful for dinner on arrival as my taxi had been rear-ended on the way there from the airport and I just wanted to have something to eat and drink before sleeping. Reception staff on arrival spoke good English and had been happy to assist when I'd told her what had happened. Fans of Lenin statues, which are far less common than they once were in former Soviet republics, should note there is one in the park opposite the hotel. There's also a supermarket nearby.

“Clean and comfy, would recommend”
Crispy clean, no smells, comfy beds, blackout curtains to get much needed sleep during a sunny day before the next flight. Toiletries, towels, bathrobe and hotel slippers were available. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. A free one-way transfer to/from airport was offered which i happily accepted. ~15 min drive maximum without traffic jams (travelled around 4pm and 2am on weekdays). I would return and recommend.

Quite close to the airport. The hotel provides one free transport to/from the airport. I chose to be picked up at the airport. The driver was there holding a card with my name. He was also helpful and patient, waiting for me to exchange cash and getting a sim card. Good service.

“A comfortable, clean hotel with good views and handy airport shuttle”
Close to the airport, they organised a pick up for me at 4am which made the experience very easy! Comfortable room and check out at 12 meant I could get some sleep.

My stay at the Royal Park Hotel was very enjoyable. The hotel provided everything needed to make my long transfer wait restful and worry-free. The staff on reception were polite, welcoming, and helpful. The room was delightful, super clean featuring a spacious walk-in shower, underfloor heating, and superb bedding. I didn't use the cafe on site but it was there and the food smelt delicious. I would definitely stay there again.

“Awful and disappointing”
The staff were extremely rude were charged on leaving for a drool mark on the pillow.They also messed up our free transfer as they hadn’t read the message on booking.com which left us paying for a taxi was over all a big let down
