Great stay overall. The location is excellent and very convenient. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety, and the facilities such as the gym and sauna were a great addition. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I’d particularly like to thank Aibek, Aisulu, and Yestey for helping me with my itinerary, arranging taxis, and assisting with check-in and check-out, the whole process was very smooth.

Stayed at the RCH Hotel for the second time, and it continues to impress. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff are kind and welcoming. The breakfast is also delicious with a great variety of options. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

Location is perfect. Near to a Metro station, supermarket and good choice of food. Also good spot to the airport and have a walk around town. Breakfast is also top notch. Stayed twice a year apart, and quality remain good.
