“Well worth the money and the location is stunningly beatuful.”
The location is fantastic. A huge wooded territory in the middle of the city. Able to have a few long walks. There are ample tennis courts in excellent condition. The staff is amazingly helpful and kind. Bedsheets are crispy clean and smell nice. In summer there is a large open swimming pool.

“Would recommend and return”
The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful - each time we dealt with them. The lady who checked us in / out especially welcoming. The swimming pool was great in the heat of the summer - was open to non hotel guests but this was no problem. The location is on outskirts of Almaty but this was perfect for us. Regular buses nearby if needed. Our room had a lovely view over the pool / mountains and we had a balcony too.

“Real holiday”
Room is a bit small but very clean. There is a balcony in every room. Bed linens and towels are very well washed. Located in the upper part of the city in the park with pine trees. They share territory with other hotel and sports club. It is far from city center. 10 min by car to MEGA Center mall. Breakfast is very decent. There is clean outdoor pool. You can have lunch in the restaurant or at pool. Beds mattress was a bit tough, but it's good for me. If you checked in late, then you can stay more on the next of the day. Great value for money.

“A really good option for a very good price”
The location is a little away from the city centre, surrounded by trees and greenery. The lady on reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome.

“Beware before you get inside these rooms!! Horror 😷”
The location was comforting amongst pine trees. Very green, good to walk in the evenings. The rooms were big and clean. The staff was okayish

Almaty usually has a smoke fog at winter especially at night, but here you'll have fresh air 24/7 because of spruce trees all around. Rooms are cozy and clean with balconies. Nice breakfast
