“Rude staff”

Extremely poor customer service. It was nearly impossible to get through by phone, and when I did, the staff was rude and dismissive. I was denied check-in without proper explanation. Very disappointing — I will not return.

I stayed at this property for 6 days and truly enjoyed my time there. The biggest highlight is definitely the location—right in the center, close to almost all the major attractions, which made exploring the city super convenient. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and I have to give a special mention to Konstantin, who was incredibly helpful throughout the stay. He’s more than just a host—you can genuinely consider him your local guide. Ask him anything, and he’s got you covered.

Very near Eurospar market at the Silk Way City. Spacious rooms with facilities for just about everything. Iron board, steam iron, washing machine, bath tub, drying rack, sofa cum bed, extra bed. It had everything. Konstantin is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

It's located in a quiet decent residential area, 5 min walk to a supermarket. You can find various restaurants within 15 min walk. The apartment is well equipped, you get what you see from the photos shown. It'd be easier to find the entrance if you look for the Clay House Cafe. The main gate is just 10 steps away from the small alley adjacent to the cafe.

The location was just perfect, many places close by and the supermarket two minutes walk. The host was very nice, sent all the information regarding the place on time and some tips about what to do in Almaty.

A small and clean one bedroom apartment. Had all basic amenities for our family of 3. Kitchen is well equipped and we could easily whip up breakfast. The best part was communication with the host. Konstantin was prompt in sharing information and replying to any queries. He has a good command on English which was quite useful at a place where english is not spoken by most people. He guided us on taxis and shared notes with us that helped us a lot during our travel in Almaty. Eurospar grocery store is just round the corner which was awesome. Arbat street is around 10-15 mins by foot, many other attractions are walkable too. It's on the second floor, so there are a few comfortable stairs.

Location was very perfect! Lots of nearby cafes, walking distance to most tourist spots & bus stop. The location was central & It has a peaceful courtyard, you really can get a good rest. Its 2mins walk to supermarket(EuroSpar),& this was an advantage for us because we cook our own breakfast & meals. The apartment was very organized & clean, it has all the basic amenities you would need from kitchen to laundry machine, comfortable big bed, & a sofa converted to a bed because we are 3 persons. The bedroom & dining area was spacious. Bathroom amenities were provided(toothbrush, slippers, towels etc). Konstantin was a great host. Always ready to respond on watsapp to our queries & gave us suggestions. Many Thanks Konstatin. Will definitely recommend your apartment.

The location is in Center for all attractions and apartment is very beautiful and well maintained
