“Very bad experience”

Terrible experience. I had a confirmed reservation, but the host never showed up and did not answer my calls. I was left waiting outside for a long time. This is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this property.

The location is good and the owner was friendly, helpful and had a good command of English.

We had a great stay. We could easy get around. The apartment was the right place for us. One of the cafes we enjoyed was Nedelka but there are plenty of cafes around.

I stayed at Nadezhda Apartments on Nauryzbai Batyr 68 for 4 nights during my visit to Almaty, and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. This property is more of a serviced apartment than a hotel, which actually made the stay feel more homely and comfortable. Fantastic Location: The apartment is located just a short walk from Arbat Street – one of the most vibrant and lively areas in Almaty. Whether it was shopping, dining, or strolling in the evenings, everything was close by. Convenient Access to Essentials: A supermarket is located nearby, which made it easy for us to purchase snacks and basic food items. This is especially useful when you're staying with family or planning a longer stay. Easy Transportation: The apartment is situated adjacent to a main road, which made booking a cab quick and hassle-free. Most tour operators and taxi services were able to locate the spot easily once we figured out the exact entrance. Wonderful Host: Our host, Konstantin, was incredibly helpful. He provided very clear and detailed instructions regarding how to collect the keys, nearby attractions, local malls, and grocery stores. His communication was prompt and friendly, which made us feel welcome and comfortable. Spacious and Well-Equipped: The apartment was quite spacious and perfect for a group of four. It had all the necessary amenities we needed during our stay, which made it feel like a home away from home. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, I absolutely loved staying at Nadezhda Apartments. It offered a perfect balance of comfort, location, and value for money. I would gladly return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a central, comfortable, and well-managed accommodation in Almaty.

Excellent apartment with 2 double bedded rooms, beds, everything and all kitchen facilities, crockery etc., nice toilet. Location is superb. Staff are very cordial and cooperative. Enjoyed our stay.

My stay was very comfortable, the location is convenient, easy to get to anywhere. The host Mr. Konstantin is very friendly and reliable. Even I arrived very early morning he welcomed me wonderfully. Would definitely recommend.

The location of the apartment is super with lots of eating joints nearby and Astana Square and Arbat are just nearby. Konstantin our host was very helpful and guided us as to various places to go and visit. He even let us check in early.

Good location

It was a great place to stay - clean and beds very comfortable! There is a big EuroSpar very close to do you shopping - it also has an ATM to draw Kazakh money. Close to nice city center area for walking around! Thank you to the hosts!

Great location in central Almay and very close to the parks, restaurants and main tourist attractions. Most of these were within easy walking distance from the apartment. Also relatively close and within walking distance to the main tour group departure locations in central Almaty. Hosts were extremely reliable, always contactable and very helpful with advice.
