“Moderate with central location”
Location is pretty central - plus you have pharmacy and supermarket and Mig money exchanges around . All within 10-15mins walk Breakfast is fine .

“Prime location and good value for money”
Very good location, absolutely prime for exploring the city. A few steps from major highlight spots. The room is big and cleaning is great. Some renovations should be done: the phone in the room didn't work, the fridge had a problem but it was solved. Breakfast could be better served and replacement of food could be done faster and more properly, and coffe could be a coffe not tones of water with a flavour of coffe beans. At the room should be left coffe besides tea. The hotel is great value for money and all the staff are kind and helpful.

Room was good with a comfy bed. Bathroom-toilet was also good with nice extra toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers, kettle, jug, tea, coffee sugar, ironing area, napkin box on the table, bathrobe, safe etc. Breakfast was excellent as variety of food and soft drinks were available, in addition to the tea and coffee. Location was also perfect, all major areas were under a mile radius, with plenty of coffee shops, eateries nearby. Ascension Cathedral was 6-7 minutes walk only. Another couple of minutes walk away one could reach the Green Bazaar for good bargains, souvenirs and gift items. Kok Tobe cable car station and city tour bus stop was only 20 minutes walk from the hotel. And of course the staff was so nice.

From breakfast to cleanliness, everything was 10/10. Staff was friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay at Mildom Hotel. It was wonderful. Special appreciation for Nurasil, who really helped me with useful information with his wonderful English 😊

“Good for the price”
Breakfast was delicious, and the staff in the hotel were great. Our rooms were quite large -- the bed was very comfortable. Location wise, it was easy to navigate to restaurants, bars, and parks.

The shower head was broken. The hotel changed us to a higher-class room with no extra charge. Good service.
