The hotel is very well located, with clean rooms and very helpful staff with good English. I was particularly impressed by the clean bathroom and comfortable mattress. The location is ideal for exploring the city and is close to the Mega Park Mall and Arbat Street. I would highly recommend the hotel for comfortable value-for-money short stays.

We really enjoyed the stay, I had a medical issue due to which we have extended our stay here to 1 more day, the staffs were so understanding and helpful..The accommodation is really convenient, amazing location, accessibility, having a pharmacy right in front helped us a lot, room service is really good, staff is helpful, water and other facilities provided is also very nice. We found it perfect

“Value stay in nice area,”
Great location and nice room for a very decent price. Very clean, good for 1-2 nights. Restaurants nearby and not far from cafésm nice attractions, etc.

“Amazing stay”
The location of this hotel is good it was middle of everything in almathy easily accessible to malls and restaurants and coffeeshop and convient store room is clean and everyday they have a house keeping to clean the rooms they even provide drinking water and the staff are well good and helpful.. ☺️

“Would book again”
The staff was responsive and helpful. The room was very clean and got cleaned in between of our 2 nights stay. I am especially very satisfied with the cleaning. We initially booked for 1 night but the price service ratio was so convincing, we decided to stay a night longer. I really liked that they provide coffee and tea bags and good smelling shower gel. It gives the feeling of a higher star hotel even though from the outside it looks a bit old and not attractive.
