“Budget friendly hotel”
The location is good just near by main road, not so crowded and nearby food shops and the Almaty Museum. The room is quite small and would be crowded if you have 2 large size luggages but it is kinda expected on a budget hotel. It is not that bad at all for it's price compared to other hotels. We stayed as a family of 3 and we did not complain about anything except for the wifi connection because it keeps disconnecting (although it has fast speed.) I recommended this for travelers who don't need luxury place to stay and just want a good resting place for their next itenerary. The owner is also nice and friendly you can get in touch with him for your concerns and the hotel staffs are also friendly and speaks good English.

The toilet was clean. Everyday cleaner staff will change new toothbrush for us for hygiene purpose.

I Liked The clean rooms and the kind staff that hosted me and my girlfriend. The bathroom was also wonderful, it really exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel was also very convenient for us.

“we travel around kazasthan and stay our last 2 day at this hotel and we sleep so good.”
the hotel twin bed is awesome. space enought for us. we can check in early , is good as we so tired, arrived from saty village. the male staff during check in helping us so good. during our stay, tge female staff name akbota helping us so much and suggest us where to go, what transport need to use. she helping us and esier for us to travel as we not using any tour. thank you so much akbota. the best part is the plug to charge our electronic device is near to our bed. cant say bear, is already in bed. so good that part.

Does the job but room is too small, no window. Depressing almost. Otherwise clean and has eveurhring basic needed. At same price can get much better in Almaty. But they let me leave my luggage behind for a few hours which was good. Didn't exactly have great experience.
