“I would never recommend this place to anyone. In fact I would warn people not to go there.”

“Comfortable stay.”
The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The room and shower room was small and a little dark but okay for a 2 day stay. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. We could walk to the Metro within 10mins and there were plenty of shops and cafes close by.

“It was a great experience staying in Uyut hotel.”
The room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the hotel was very clean. Location was excellent. Overall, we had a good experience with the hotel and we will easy to suggest to others.

“Very pleasant hotel in a reasonable price in Almaty city centre”
The location of the hotel was very good. Close to shops, malls and restaurants. The first room we were offered had very light colour curtains, that would not prevent the sun to wake us up very early in the morning. As soon as we mentioned the problem to the reception, we were moved to another room where we did not have that problem. The breakfast was very nice. Coffee bags in the rooms would be an asset. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

I had a very serious accident at the hotel while I was going down the stairs . I broke my tendons. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and caring . I appreciated their concern very much. Thank you all .

“Hotel from the old times but still doing a decent job!!”
The room was very clean throughout my stay. The housekeeping is excellent. Top location if you want to stay close to the center but still have a calm sorounding. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially if you're to speak some kazakh! 😎

It was the worse hotel i've been till now. It was not 4 stars hotel. Bad breakfast, nothing to eat. No water in room. No service room. Finally they got a bar's cost with cheating. Cheater hotel. I don't suggest it any one to go.
