“Decent option in Almaty”

Stayed with my two kids for 2 nights when visiting Almaty and its surroundings. The rooms are dark and the furniture a little dated but they clean and offer a nice view on the mountains. Breakfast is good and the price we paid for our stay was as well reasonable. Location seems to be fairly good as well and you can park your car directly in front of the hotel. Staff was friendly and welcoming. It’s fine for a couple of days.

“Good choice”

The room was spatious, clean, equipped with amenities such as kettle, free single use comb, razor, shower cap, tooth brush etc. The bed linen were really classy. Breakfast was fine. Staff kind. A nice touch - everyday the staff changed rugs in the lift - they had names of the days printed on them. The first time I saw such a thing, and I would describe myself as a frequent traveller who had already stayed in different hotels all over the world. Taking into account my business trip, the location of the hotel suited me perfectly as it was in the walking distance from all the places I needed to visit. In general, I was very satisfied with the stay.

“Hotel meets expectations”

It's one of those no fuss hotels, where there is more emphasis on the 'crashing' part, although there are no complaints whatsoever about the stay. House keeping is next level, went above and beyond to make sure that all persons were accounted for. We were a group of three and it normally takes us the hassle of couple of calls to the reception after checking in and follwing up to provide for example say extra towel/pillow etc, even when the booking is for 3 pax, no such hassle here. Pretty good location, close to restaurants and bars.
