“Very nice hote in a cntral location”
The staff was really nice and the room as well as the bed were very big. Room was cleaned and towels exchanged every day. Also breakfast was really good with a large variety. The location of the hotel is great, too. Walking distance to a nice big shopping mall, the metro as well as sights, if you do not mind walking a bit.

“Nice hotel for a good price”
I keep coming back to this hotel. It’s clean, the rooms are spacious, housekeeping is regular, and the breakfasts are decent. The staff respond promptly and to the point on key matters, and any issues are handled efficiently. The price–quality ratio is very satisfying.

“Great team, spacious room”
I had a pleasant stay overall, and the highlight for me was definitely the team. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the ladies at reception gave some great local recommendations which really enhanced my trip. My room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well laid out. I had made a couple of small requests in advance (including a fan), which unfortunately couldn’t be accommodated. I also mentioned I was celebrating a birthday — nothing special was arranged, but it would have been a nice touch. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options. There were a few housekeeping and comfort issues during my stay. When I first opened the sheets, one side of the bed was wet, which was a bit unexpected. The walls are also quite thin, so corridor noise and other guests could be heard easily. Additionally, there was a smoke smell in the bathroom that seemed to drift up from another floor, which I reported to reception. Overall, the friendliness of the staff and the spacious room made the stay enjoyable, but addressing these small maintenance and housekeeping details would really improve the experience.
