Unprofessional behavior and check-in failure. I do not recommend this host. Our reservation was confirmed in advance, but we were denied check-in without any valid reason or prior warning. The host stopped responding as soon as we arrived at the location. This is unacceptable behavior. I am deeply disappointed and demanding a full refund.
