Had a great stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive — quick to reply to messages and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The place looked exactly as shown in the pictures, no surprises at all. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Location was convenient and the whole experience matched our expectations perfectly. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

“Amazing”
I love everything about the property. It’s well maintained, clean. Its location is prime and there’s plenty of food outlets near the vicinity. Ms Oli and family were very welcoming and friendly. My friends and I love our stay in Kazakhstan! Thank you Ms Oli and family.

Stay was very good, The owner of the appartment Ms. Olli was very kind and helpful. The appartment was clean, nearby mall, restaurant everything is nearby, location is very good, safe for family since it's in gated community . So overall it's very good.

Everything you need to make the stay comfortable was available in the apartment. Best for tourists travelling with small kids. The location was so close to Mega Mall where all types of shopping items, kids play area, restaurants, etc were available with multiple choices. Last but not the least, about Mr. Alex - He was a great host and very supportive right from the day of booking till we left the apartment. An excellent guy with a commendable service driven mindset, made our stay more comfortable.. Kudos to Mr..Alex for all the assistance he provided during our stay.

“best quality/price and best service”
Oli, the manager, is fantastic, available, and very helpful. When we first entered the apartment, we noticed that the bed in the bedroom was broken, and she quickly reacted and changed it with a new one. The residency is calm and the neighborhood is fancy, safe, and wonderful. The Mega Mall is very near as well as resturants. I The ratio quality and price is very good. I strongly recommend Five Business-class rooms in R-house.

“Home away from home”
Olli is super helpful. We were stuck for a taxi at green bazaar and just send a message to her and within 3 min our taxi arrived. And even at 3 am in the morning she made sure that our deposit money was refunded in cash. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The complex was beautiful and secured. One suggestion however- the 2nd bedroom needs one AC or fan as it was a bit hot at this time.
