Absolutely loved this place. It was so clean, comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. About a 5 min walk to shopping centre and within the centre of town. Zinat was a wonderful host, very easy to communicate with and accessible as needed. Highly recommend for a couple

“Awesome and convenient”
The location is incredible, 10 minutes from a big shopping mall. Amenities are thought-through, there are two kettles (electric and gas), a washing machine, an ironing board. Very easy to get into, close to the bus stops. The host is very polite and helpful.

Loved this place! Amazing value for money. Facilities were great. Bedroom was cozy. In a good location where the city centre was walkable. The staff were easy to communicate with despite not speaking Russian. Very glad I stayed here instead of a hotel, made my Almaty experience so much better!

“Perfect for a couple of nights in Almaty”
Quiet and set back from the street, the apartment is perfect if you need a nice relaxing place for a few days. The location is very convenient with public transport and plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. The apartment is well equipped with a full kitchen and a washing machine. I would happily stay here next time I'm in Almaty.

“Good value for money! Highly recommended”
We stayed at Zinat’s place for 5 nights, and it’s been a good stay overall. The communication with Zinat has been smooth, and she is always responsive and helpful! If you are driving, there’s free parking outside and Yandex taxi are always easily available as well. The checkout was quick as well and the deposit was returned to us in cash. Would highly recommend staying at Zinat’s.

“Solo travel”
The location is great, as a solo traveller arriving alone at night, the area can be a bit scary and dark hahaha since it is inside a neighbourhood area, but it is close to main activities and tourism spot. Place is clean and they provide bowl, cups, spoon and everything to make your stay like home.

We had a great experience in Almaty! The apartmeny was very clean and equipped with everything needed for our stay there. On top of that, the communication with the host was very easy snd fluid, she was very helpful always. Definitely recommended! We will go back there when we come back to Almaty.
