The old-time Soviet style building itself really attracts a history fan like me. The room inside is well renovated and decorated with full-equipped utensils you need. Though the host was not in the country when we checked-in but she gave us quite detailed instructions to follow the route and kindly sent someone else to welcome us at home. We enjoyed every corner of the apartment especially the balcony which is just above the Almaty metro station.

I stayed here for 9 nights and 10 days, and it was a truly wonderful experience! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city. Almost all major tourist attractions are just a few minutes away, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing. The area is surrounded by several restaurants and cafes offering all types of cuisines, so whether you’re craving local Kazakh food or international dishes, everything is within easy reach. One of the best parts is the walking tourist street located just below the apartment. It’s full of life and energy, with street performers, shops, and cozy spots to relax. I spent a lot of time just strolling around and soaking in the local vibe — it’s an experience in itself! The apartment looks exactly like the photos shown online — clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Everything worked perfectly, and the host ensured a comfortable and hassle-free stay throughout. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Almaty. Perfect for both short and long stays!

Lovely host. She was waiting for me at the place. Facility had everything. Spacious studio with a balcony overlooking Panfilov street. Best location in the city, lot of tourist places and cafe ar walking distance.

Very neat and clean apartment with fully functional kitchen.. they have a gas stove, fridge, washing machine, utensils and all. Good location. All places nearby

The location is amazing. It's right on a pedestrian street with lots of cafes and bars. It feels alive on an evening and calm during the day. The balcony is nice for sitting out and enjoying the ambience. It's also close to buses and the metro for getting around the city. The air-conditioning was definitely helpful as the apartment seems to retain heat even on a cooler day. The owner is friendly and accommodating. I was unable to get Kazakh Tenge in the UK and the airport ATMs only gave out 20,000 at a time. So the owner said she could come back later when we had the money. Generally it's a nice little apartment. If you're 1-2 people going for a short stay, this is perfect!
