Very good location , good breakfast and clean room.

Hotel clearly recently underwent a full refurbishment so rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Couple that with the excellent modernist architecture from the 60s, great location in the center of Almaty and a tasty breakfast, what more could you want! We also had a brilliant room with a view of the mountains, which I'd go for.

Stayed here for 8 days. Good breakfast buffet. Convenient location. Nice view of the mountains from the room balcony. Front office reception are lovely and helpful.

“Amazing staff at Almaty Hotel”

Loved the staff in general but Ainur at reception was exceptional! Not only did she go out of her way to arrange a city tour for me at very short notice but also to track me on phone to check with me if a bag that was left behind on one of the tables in the lobby area, was mine. It was and it contained my passport, cash and credit cards! Also the security staff. Location of the hotel in the 'Golden Rectangle' of Almaty was great

I absolutely love the location of this hotel and if one is lucky to have the room with the mountains view, the experience is unbeatable. I also enjoy breakfast at the hotel: wide choice, fresh and delicious food, lots of freshly baked pastry, infused detox water.
