“An excellent, spacious apartment in spite of a few niggles”
This is a very spacious one bedroom apartment on the 16th floor of a modern 26 storey apartment complex, with great views over the city and the mountains beyond. It is in a great central location, in a 'good' district. We arrived before dawn and were met at the property by a friendly lady with the keys. The apartment was clean, with air-conditioning. We liked the fluffy towels, good storage space, ironing board and hair dryer The Wi-Fi worked well. One of three lifts was working.

“Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Almaty”
