“A great location to arrive in Alma and rest before our bike trip around Lac St Jean.”
The toasted bread!! The back part of the restaurant with booths in the same area as the toasted bread. The main restaurant seemed crowded. The back seemed quieter and more relaxed.

“Gym needs some love”
Overall everything was good. The only thing that i didn't like was the fitness facility. It is very small, treadmill was half working, there are no mats, no towels, no water. Needs some attention. Restaurant very good

“Excellent hotel and amenities. Well situated, with a beautiful view of the small river and rapids.”
The location of the hotel, for me, was ideally situated. The rooms were clean, and enough toiletries, and towels for my stay. The Pacini restaurant attached to the hotel had a great menu and was very convenient, where I did not have to go out on my first night, on account that it was raining hard.

“Nice hotel but needs more experienced staff.”
The room was clean but the pillows were rock hard and much too thick. The girl who welcomed us coughed in her hand then handed me my key card. She was clearly sick (sneezing, coughing, etc.) Now I don’t know if I got it from her but two days later I came down with a fever and was so sick we had to shorten our stay and since my nights were paid for in advance, I lost some money. Didn’t see anyone else who was sick, I always avoid sick people. Needless to say my Christmas holiday was ruined. The restaurant for breakfast, I have never in my life seen a place so understaffed. Nice (young) people but they had too much work to do. Also, my kids only ever eat peanut butter on their toast; there was no peanut butter, the entire time of our stay. The location of the hotel is very handy. Also, we didn’t use those facilities but if we could have stayed as long as planned, we would have enjoyed the pool and the cinema!
