“Perfect for a short skiing break.”
The hotel was well located. The breakfast was copious and varied and it was easy for us to take the car up to La foux d’allos to ski every day. But if you prefer to ski at Seignus there is a regular navette. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet and the view from the balcony is superbe. Perfect for a short skiing break.

“Lovely hotel with great views of the valley.”
The hotel is easy to find in the village of Allos just 22 miles from Barcelonnette (however the pass is narrow and steep and it will take you approximately 1 hour). We have no idea what the access is like from the opposite direction. The staff are lovely and speak excellent English. The rooms are spacious, quiet and very comfortable, and we had a balcony overlooking the valley. The food inn the restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced.

Great location and incredible views. I've stayed at Hotel Plein Soleil twice and my partner and I are going back in 10 days' time. Very good location and bike-friendly if you're looking for a base for the Three Cols.

the size of the room is nice, with a sort of small living room that has a table and a single sofa. there's also a heated towel hanger. location is on the hill so quiet.
