The Annexe is in the perfect location, set in beautiful countryside with spectacular views, but within short driving distance of local towns, amenities and attractions. Very friendly and welcoming owners, very relaxed about later check out etc. The property has everything you need, very spacious and very comfortable. We would absolutely go back.

The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well kitted out with everything you could need, including some essentials kindly provided by the owners. The views are stunning, it's quiet and peaceful and a great location, within easy reach of Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling and all the gorgeous little towns and villages across Central Scotland and into Fife. We had a lovely few days and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here.

I'm absolutely in love with this place! The location is exceptional, the views are breathtaking, and the hosts are amazing. The stay had all the amenities a guest could ask for, and the place was clean and hygienic. The host was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, guiding us with nearby attractions and routes. They even let us meet their horses, which range from 3 months to over 17 years old. Meeting the horses was the cherry on top! Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Full points for the exceptional hosts, home, location, views, and, of course, the horses.
