Overview
On the tip of the Beara Peninsula, Seaview Guesthouse is set in the quiet, charming village of Allihies. It serves hearty, full Irish breakfasts and warmly furnished rooms with scenic views. With light decor and views of the mountains and surrounding countryside, the rooms offer a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Rooms also feature a TV, tea/coffee facilities, and a hairdryer. Continental options, including croissants, fresh bread, and yoghurts are served each day, alongside traditional cooked breakfasts. There are numerous walk throughout the beautiful scenery of the Beara Peninsula. The pretty village of Allihies has 3 pubs, and guests can enjoy a cable car trip to Dursey Island. Free parking is also available at Seaview Guesthouse.

From start to finish we were made to feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble. The local knowledge of Mary and her family added greatly to our visit. A stunning location that will make you want to return.

“Fabulous guesthouse with great showers and helpful owner”
We were a group of 4 men on a motorcycle trip. There was secure indoor bike parking which after a long journey in mixed weather was fantastic to let everything dry off. Once in the rooms they were spacious with a double bed each and the showers were a good size and quite honestly the best hot showers in any hotel and guesthouse we have stayed in. The owner is fantastic great craic friendly and helpful for all our questions. The location of Allihies is remote but this guesthouse has great rooms and great breakfast and a shop next door. What more could you ask for?

Beautiful location. Made to feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. The room was spotless and so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Last but not least the host was a lovely lady. Would highly recommend!

“A gem in beautiful West Cork”
Great location in the centre of a buzzy village. Great pubs and restaurant footsteps away. Great views. Short spin to beaches and gorgeous scenery. Will definitely come back, the host was a joy to deal with, friendly and informative about how to spend our day. Breakfast was so fresh 👌

We didn't have the breakfast so are unable to comment on that, although there looked like a good choice laid out in the dining room. New comfortable beds and very newly fitted modern bathrooms. Fantastic views, gorgeous location and very friendly staff. Free parking. Live music at O'Neills down the road!
