Lovey, quiet position but close enough to Le Bugue for essential shopping, canoeing and exploring the beautiful Dordogne. Lovely large gardens and swimming pool. Has a CCS (type 2) charger at reasonable cost.

The house was beautiful in a lovely quiet area with barely any neighbours (a beautiful white horse roaming in the field behind). The highlight was the fantastic swimming pool and newly built pool house particularly on very hot days. A bonus was a hot tub which was newly installed before our stay. Large rustic garden with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the weather - great views of the sunset (and thunderstorm) from the front. The house was modern and very well equipped - the coffee machine and bbq was used regularly during our stay. Excellent location with the beautiful village of Limeuil and the Dordogne river less than 5 mins away. Le Bugue is 15mins for larger supermarkets, and many attractions within 40min drive (caves, castles, gardens, market towns). Owner was fantastic with providing information and answering questions before our trip to help prepare our children with additional needs. Our flight was delayed due to air traffic issues and host allowed us to stay at the villa until we got ourselves sorted which we were very grateful.
