“Truly lovely place in the Umbrian countryside.”
Agroturismo Riparossa is in a beautiful countrified location. Bernado and Irina made us feel so welcome and provided us with lots of helpful information about not only the local area but also Rome and other aspects of Italy. On holiday, we like to mix walking and birdwatching in the countryside with visiting towns and cities to explore historical artifacts and architecture. Agroturismo Riparossa is a perfect base for this. It is about 20 minutes away from the amazing historical town of Orvieto, and from Orvieto there are trains to Rome and Florence. It is also not far by car from a number of excellent wilder areas where you can hear and see many birds and other animals in their natural habitats. The region has a really rich environment. Agroturismo Riparossa itself has many different birds right on the doorstep, so to speak. Two or three nights we heard a Scops Owl close by, and swallows are flying in abundance during the day in summer. All in all, a great place to stay. Really wonderful stay, set in beautiful surroundings and within easy driving distance to the Umbrian and Tuscan sights and experiences. Breakfast was fantastic and the hosts were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful with tips and advice.

Beautiful house in a stunning location. There are many interesting places to visit around, and many great, unpretentious restaurants nearby. Fantastic homemade breakfast prepared with the highest quality ingredients. Bernardo and Irene truly care about the property and the guest experience, answering our questions about the area and helping us set up some local experiences.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riparossa. We felt really welcomed, especially with our little son. Bernardo and Irene are friendly, sympathic relaxed hosts. The breakfast was more than good and the selfmade dinners are highly recommended from us. Particulary for vegetarians. We‘ll definetely come back. Thank u for the nice stay at ur house!
