“5 minutes from the beach!”

The stay was great, very accommodating and helped us arrange transport. The location is right near the beach and you can see the train pass from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay. We did have one incident where a cockroach came into the room but we told the staff and it was dealt with ASAP and they were very apologetic. We’ve had a few instances of cockroaches so it doesn’t seem out of the ordinary for hot areas! The host was exceptional, really kind and made sure we had the best stay. We hope to come again soon!

“Above and beyond”

I was not very well when I arrived and they looked after me so brilliantly, helping me with everything I needed. I am really glad I chose a home stay, and this one in particular. It's a very nice neighbourhood too and walking distance to the lighthouse. An added bonus was that I saw fruit bats from the balcony and was able to record them.

It’s also conveniently close to the famous Alleppey Backwaters, where you can take a houseboat ride or enjoy a peaceful canoe tour to experience the beauty of Kerala's waterways. The iconic Marari Beach is also within a reasonable drive, offering a tranquil escape with its clean sands and calm atmosphere. Additionally, the homestay is not far from the Ambalapuzha Sri Krishna Temple, which is renowned for its stunning architecture and delicious prasadam. For those interested in local culture, the Alleppey Lighthouse and the vibrant Mullakkal Rajarajeswari Temple are nearby and worth a visit. The homestay itself is a delight! The rooms are clean, spacious, and designed for comfort. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. They provided excellent suggestions for nearby restaurants and activities, and their hospitality truly stood out. If you're visiting Alleppey and want a relaxing, well-located, and homely place to stay, White Shore Homestay is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it for families, solo travelers, or couples looking to explore the best of what Alleppey has to offer.

The owner and staff are extremely kind and help with any of their guests concerns. The bedroom and bath are spacious and the location of the homestay is very close to the beach.

We recently spent 3 delightful days at Whiteshore Beach Homestay, and it exceeded our expectations! The homestay's proximity to the beach (just 1-minute walk across the railway track) was a major plus. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, assisting us with planning our itinerary and arranging scooter rentals at a reasonable price. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The room was simple yet comfortable, with basic amenities. Highly recommend Whiteshore beach homestay for it's exceptional host hospitality.
