During my previous stay, the experience was pleasant, which is why I chose this property again. Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing. The front desk service was poor, and the AC in the room had issues that appeared to be known beforehand, yet the room was still assigned to us. Additionally, the hotel advertised laundry facilities among its amenities, but no such service was available during our stay. These shortcomings significantly affected our comfort and left us disappointed at checkout. I hope the management addresses these issues to restore the quality of service that guests expect.

“Excellent comfortable secure for couples and families”
Palmyra milford gave us exact room which were showing online. Room service was excellent. Breakfast was included and serve with great response. Staff was really nice. Centrally located. Most of the tourist attractions were around 2 to 4 km .
