Very good location. Just next to the lake, very quite. The owner is very friendly, I asked for a yoga mat and he provided. Breakfast is good, the overall territory is very neat.

Best location. Very quite and peaceful. The owner is very kind and always helpful.Rajkumar cooks a very authentic kerala food for veg and non-veg. That's the best option to have home made food.

Great location, right by the lake! Rooms are clean and spacious. Host was extremely gracious and helpful, provided us delicious home cooked meals. He even gave us mangoes from his own garden! Extremely wonderful stay. Would recommend 100%.

This place is beyond beautiful - you can view the sunrise from your room! We spotted lots of birds, including snake birds and kingfishers. The owner is very kind and helpful. The location is not well connected by public transport, but we had our own rental car, so it was alright- enough room for parking. One of the best places we stayed at during our Kerala trip- quiet, peaceful and lots of nature! Would definitely recommend. PS: there is a Kerala government tourism department about 20 min drive away- we chose the 'Village Experience' there- and that is a great way to go on a boat with a local and interact with the locals and their ways of life (they taught us coconut tree climbing, rope making, fishing and lots more!).

Our host mr Shan Nawas was very kind. He helped us with reservations of the boat trip and an Ayurveda massage. Rash served us excellent food and beverage. The area is beautiful.

Beautiful balcony view outside the room I thoroughly enjoyed waking up at sunrise and soaking up the tranquility of the lake. Dinners and breakfast at the homestay were such good value for money and delicious.

Beautiful, peaceful setting by the lake. It was great laying in the hammock under the veranda watching the wildlife, or just reading my book. We saw kingfishers and a fruit bar that visited us daily. It's a bit far from Allepphy, but a tuktuk can be arranged to pick us up from the house. A tuktuk from Aleppey to Orchid View was 600 rupees.

I'm a vegetarian. The food is delicious. They serve the best veggie dishes. Many restaurants use a lot of oil when cooking. But this hotel is different. I go to many Indian restaurants in Japan, but this hotel is definitely the best.

LOCATION ! You can see the boats passing by on the lake. quiet and chill area. staff was SO helpful. AMAZING dinner. garden was lovely. comfy room with a balcony.
