“Relaxing Experience on Alleppey Backwaters”

We liked that the boat was made of natural fibers. We were fed like kings and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was air conditioning in our room which made it pleasant to sleep. We enjoyed sitting at the front of the boat and watching a thunder and lightning storm in the evening.

The boat itself was a whicker/bamboo structure and it was very pleasant to look at. The furnishings inside were simple but comfortable. Our whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. We had a relaxing time on the water.

Peaceful cruise along the Allepey waterways. Very friendly staff and good food. Comfortable beds - slept really well. We did the small boat trip which we would recommend as you see daily life and the paddy fields. Very relaxing day and night

We enjoyed the cruising, the food the staff. I searched many websites looking for this style of boat. My expectations were met in every way. The boat was clean and very comfortable.

Such an amazing experience-we had an amazing time with outstanding service from the staff, fantastic freshly prepared and cooked food they looked after us with impeccable graciousness and we couldn’t have asked for more

Everything was amazing, the crew looked after us very well, food was great, we also took an additional trip through the smaller waterways on a small boat which was well worth doing. It was great to have no phones / Internet and just enjoy the authenticity and tranquility of this trip and see a different way of life. Would definitely recommend

Staff were brilliant, very knowledgeable about the area and local wildlife. Food was great and the trip on a small boat worth the extra money. We docked away from the roads for a peaceful night with the boat facing out onto the landscape which was a lovely way to wake up. Would recommend this cruise.

A unique experience. The crew of 3 were so attentive to any needs. Constantly offering water, food, help etc. The food was exemplary... in fact some of the best we have ever tasted. (We are vegetarian and the regional options on offer were delicious) . The sleeping facilities had good a/c and the shower was fine. It was a good way to see some of the backwaters.

Super peaceful and relaxing trip in the backwaters. The boat was beautiful and well-maintained, the rooms spacious and quiet with great AC. The staff were really friendly and professional and made us lovely meals.

We couldn’t find fault with anything. The crew anticipated and looked after our every need. The cruise was the most relaxing, scenic experience of our holiday in Kerala. If you are lucky enough to have Anthony, Anil and Rajesh as your team, you will be treated to impeccable service and the best Indian food we have ever had, meal after meal. It was a truly wow few days. Worth every penny!

Our stay on the houseboat was magical! Our captain and chef were friendly and helpful, and the cruise was insanely pretty! I still remember relaxing on the patio watching the sunset as we were floating in the backwaters. The food was also delicious, and the boat felt clean, spacious, and cozy!

Based on the original rice barge design, the boat was stylish and beautifully presented. Our crew was excellent, very informative about our surroundings, and served delicious freshly cooked Kerala food. Nothing was too much trouble.
