The property is well maintained and very close to the beach. Breakfast and dinner served was excellent with traditional dishes. Special thanks to Mr.Jayaraj George and family for their hospitality and guidance for locations to visit.

Initially we planned to stay for a day but extended the stay to four days. Everything was excellent. Perfectly clean homely environment. A bit far from the town but had some quality quiet family time. Close to the beach too. So it was relaxing. The owners family is very polite and provided awesome breakfast every morning.

The most thing is we feel like home. The host Jayraj was amazing and friendly. No words for his hospitality. Superb. When you're planning for Alleppey, pls stay 2-3 days in this property. You will not be disappointed. The sea beach is 5 minutes away, You can enjoy the beach in the morning and evening. There are no 5 Star luxury, but the property is very clean, and you will definitely feel like home.. great wishes to the host Jayraj.

“Peaceful and relaxing stay”

Loved this place. Very clean rooms, loads of space and a huge balcony to eat, relax and watch the birdlife. Very peaceful location. Our hosts, Jayarj and Honey, were so kind, and cooked delicious breakfasts for us each morning. They provided a laundry service too. This turned out to be the perfect location. So much nicer than staying in Alleppey, and the local beach was a 3 minute walk and very quiet (just some fishermen and lots of birds), also safe to swim, despite the waves. We were equidistant from Alleppey and Marari beach (the latter is nicer than Alleppey, in our opinion) and it was easy to arrange tuk tuks to take us anywhere we wanted. Jayaraj gave us some good recommendations, and we thought the coir museum was definitely worth a visit. If we ever return to Alleppey, this is definitely where we would choose to stay.

Lovely big room with a very nice new bathroom, great hot water shower and a wonderful roof terrace. The homemade food was super delicious, best homestay food on our journey! Honey and Jay are super nice, welcoming and helpful hosts, we enjoyed our time a lot!

“Jungle hideout at family house”

The owners are too nice, Jayaraj&Honey are friendly, polite and welcome you with joy. Very tasty traditional breakfast, everyday different. Location is calm (except of the early morning prayers), between beach and jungle, surounded by nature. Jayaraj organized a scooter for us, that was perfect to explore Alleppey :)

Jay and Honey are wonderful and caring hosts. They gave us lots of tips what to do around Alappuzha. The place is only a few minutes to the beach. The room with the huge terrasse was new, super clean and beautiful. And we really loved the food here: amazing (and always different!!) breakfast and dinner. They also offered room cleaning after 3 days and we could rent a scooter and get our laundry done as well. All in all: we really enjoyed our stay, felt quite "at home" and extended from 2 to 6 nights. :)

Large new room with an excellent bathroom in a quiet location. It was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The two available rooms are upstairs, separate to the families' living area. There is a large outdoor covered patio that overlooks the garden where the delicious breakfast is served (fresh juice, toast, omelette, and coconut pancakes). It is a 4 minute walk to the local beach (great for sunset viewing). Jayaraj and his wife Honey were lovely and very helpful!
