our stay at the hotel was excellent. The guesthouse is right on the beach. Our room was on the top floor, with a panoramic view of the sea. 50 meters away there is a great restaurant on the beach. Prince is a great guy. He brought us breakfast to our room every day, was always available for communication, could fulfill any request!

“Cheated with the rate..They posted room pic saying 1500 rs but we had to pay 2500 rs.”
At booking.com I saw two seperate room pictures. One picture was of single room , ie there were only 1 picture of the room and the picture was showing bed only. The cost was around 1000 rupees. The next picture was of spacious room. He cost showed us 1300 something + taxes , this it was 1500 rupees range. But when we went there they showed us the small room , telling us that cost is 1500 rs, but in booking.com for that room it showed only 1000 rupees. And the spacious room for which it was 1500 rs in booking.com, they said it 2700 rupees and they are giving discount so have to pay 2500 rupees. But in booking.com it showed clearly 1500 rs something rupees.

Prime location on the quiet part of the beach, room spacious, freshly painted, spotless clean. Staff is very helpful. Very good value for money.

“Really relaxing and peaceful”
Great room, good host and stunning view. No evening or lunch meal cooked on site but delicious take away can be delivered which is actually better than the few restaurants in the area. Breakfast is good and room is very clean.
